Put it in a liquid other than water. Like molasses. It’d technically still drown, as it sufficated in a liquid.
I never thought of that… That may be a real answer to this question!
You can actually drown a fish in air by removing it from water…
You take the oxygen out of the water
Then it wouldn’t be water, would it? It would just be H2. AKA air.
H2 isn’t really air because air’s main composition is nitrogen and oxygen. Hydrogen is found in air, but an astronomically small amount, like 0.000055% of it, so we can’t really call it air.
